Tracy is a Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of WD Nicholls. She is a business improvement specialist and has helped many businesses achieve their potential over her 30 years in public practice.
Tracy is skilled in the areas of tax planning, structuring and asset protection as well as providing strategic business advice.
Tracy is an authorised representative of SMFS Advisers Network which allows her to give strategic advice in relation to self-managed superannuation funds.

Denise has worked in the financial service industry for 31 years, and joined our firm in 2013. She has much experience with the Not for Profit sector, and can assist with Tax Returns, Bookkeeping, Business Activity Statements, and with MYOB and Xero accounting software.
Pat comes from a background of management and business accounting and taxation.
She is a Chartered
Accountant with over thirty years of experience gained locally and overseas. Her taxation experience is
in large and medium entities.
Gaye was originally employed by the firm in 1988 as our receptionist, and over the years she has gained valuable experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns, Bookkeeping, Xero, Word Processing, and Excel Spreadsheets. She can also assist you with building & construction Industry Long Service, Australian Taxation Office, or general office enquiries
Chantel is a qualified bookkeeper with extensive experience in both Xero and MYOB. She is here to assist with training clients to use Xero and also assist with any bookkeeping needs.
Charlotte joined the WD Nicholls Team in February of 2018. Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant and has over 6 years of experience working across a variety of customers from individuals to medium sized enterprises. Her experience covers a wide range of areas including the preparation of financial reports and income tax returns, preparation of Business Activity Statements and other accounting services.
Carol has over 30 years’ experience in commercial business environments Including, Public Practice, Management, Bookkeeping and Accounting. Carol is a Licensed BAS Agent, Xero Certified, and has 17 years of MYOB experience with an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
Helen is an Authorised Representative of SMSF Advisers Network, AFSL No. 430062, a Tax Agent and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. She completed her Masters of Taxation degree in 2015 and has over 30 years of accounting and taxation experience, specialising in income tax, structuring and superannuation advice.
Kirsten has 27 years’ experience in business and taxation advisory. Kirsten has a diverse client portfolio and enjoys the challenge that this provides. She has experience in large and medium entities as well as research and development tax incentives. Kirsten is skilled in business analysis and strategy.
Sue has worked in the field of accountancy and taxation for over 44 years and has developed an excellent knowledge of the requirements of Companies, Partnerships, and Trusts. Sue can assist you with a range of financial information, Tax Returns, BAS forms and cash flow statements. Sue is familiar with MYOB, Banklink and Excel software for Financial Data and reporting. She is a fully accounted Xero expert.

Anita joined WD Nicholls in 2016 as a client liaison officer. She has extensive experience in professional service firms and can assist with client management and tax office matters
Marelle is the internal office manager for WD Nicholls. She has over 25 years’ experience in accounting firms and can assist with accounts payable and receivable and human resource matters.
Denise has been with our firm for 23 years and is our receptionist/secretary. Denise can assist you with making appointments, obtaining information from your files, taking messages, and directing your enquiries to the most suitable person to deal with your individual needs.
Misty joined WD Nicholls in 2016 as a junior in office administration, she can assist with making appointments, directing calls to the right person and liaising with the ATO for client enquiries.
